The EMS Department is in the business of promoting safety and the well being of the citizens of Bulverde and Spring Branch.
In keeping with this mandate, the Administrator for Bulverde Spring Branch also serves as the Public Education Officer (PEO) whose responsibilities include public education on EMS related issues and media relations. The PEO attempts to respond to all such calls within 10 minutes.
