ACLS provider candidates are highly encouraged to obtain a copy of the most current ACLS provider manual at least 2 weeks prior to the course. The provider manual includes a CD-ROM that contains a pre-course self-assessment and other useful information.

The printed PALS pretest is divided into 3 parts: rhythm recognition, pharmacology, and practical application. The printed pretest is different than the one found on the CD-ROM. Download all 3 of the documents below (pdf files), print them out, complete each section, and bring them with you to the first day of the PALS provider course.
